Dikovic: Decision on Trepca threat to security in Kosovo
NIS - Serbian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Gen Ljubisa Dikovic Monday urged KFOR to take all measures to maintain peace and security for the citizens of Kosovo-Metohija, pointing to a "fragile" security situation in the province after the decision of the Kosovo authorities on Trepca.

Russia to Create Three New Military Divisions to Counter NATO
BELGRADE - Russia will create two new military divisions in its Western Military District and one in its Southern Military District to counter NATO's build-up on Russia's borders, Defense Minister Gen. Sergei Shoigu said Wednesday.
Over the past two years, NATO has carried out a number of large-scale military exercises along the alliance's eastern flank, bordering Russia.
Djordjevic, Scott discuss Serbia, U.S. military cooperation
BELGRADE - Serbian Defense Minister Zoran Djordjevic and U.S. Ambassador to Serbia Kyle Scott met in Belgrade Wednesday to discuss key aspects of bilateral military cooperation and overall development of relations between Serbia and the U.S., the Ministry of Defense said in a release.

Serbian Defense Minister Zoran Djordjevic and U.S. Ambassador to Serbia Kyle Scott met in Belgrade "to discuss key aspects of bilateral military cooperation."
They also spoke about "overall development of relations between Serbia and the U.S.," the Ministry of Defense said.

Candidate nominated for new defense minister
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic late on Saturday proposed to the National Assembly to elect Zoran Djordjevic as the new defense minister.
Djordjevic currently serves as state secretary in the Ministry of Defense.

Greece agrees on NATO migration patrols in Aegean Sea
There is no official statement issued by the Ministry of Defense in order to announce the decisions taken at today’s NATO meeting.
However, ANA-MPA news agency citing a government source reported that Greece welcomed NATO’s involvement in dealing with refugee and migration flows as long as the country’s sovereignty is respected.
