BELGRADE - Kuwait's newly appointed Ambassador to Serbia Yousef Ahmed Abdulsamad invited on Thursday Serbia's Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic to visit the Kuwaiti Interior Ministry and sign an agreement on cooperation against terrorism and organised and cyber crime.

BELGRADE - Serbia's Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic met with Iraqi Ambassador to Serbia Falah Abdulhasan Abdulsada and used the occasion to extend an invitation to Iraqi interior minister to visit Belgrade for talks on promotion of cooperation.

BRUSSELS - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic has said in Brussels that he was taken aback by a decision of Croatia's outgoing President Ivo Josipovic to decorate Ejup Ganic, a member of the wartime presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH), and by a statement made by Ganic after receiving the recognition.

Isa Mustafa and Aleksandar Vucic, Prime Ministers of Kosovo and Serbia, signed an agreement on the judiciary in Brussels, as the dialogue on normalising relations between Belgrade and Pristina resumed following a ten-month standstill.

Croatia decorates Bosnian wanted for war crimes by Serbia

ZAGREB -- Ivo Josipovic has decorated Ejup Ganic, whom Serbia charges with war crimes, and for whom the country has issued an international arrest warrant.

ZAGREB - Ivo Josipovic, outgoing president of Croatia, has decorated Ejup Ganic, member of the Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) war-time presidency, whom Serbia has placed on an international warrant for war crimes.

Presenting the decoration, Josipovic said that he is happy to award an individual who deserves such recognition.

BELGRADE - The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade raised charges against eight members of the gendarmerie suspected of assaulting members of the military police during the Pride Parade in November last year, and dismissed criminal charges against two military police officers filed by the ombudsman.

BELGRADE - US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State (DAS) in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL) Thomas Melia has lauded the Serbian Interior Ministry (MUP) for activities undertaken in the area of protection of human rights and offered DRL's assistance in MUP's further efforts.
