Austria will have the Youngest Leader in Europe - 31-year-old Sebastian Kurz
31-year-old Austrian Foreign Minister Sebastian Kurz, a rising star of the conservative People's Party, is about to become Austria's next chancellor, according to the first forecast after today's parliamentary elections.
Kurtz will be the youngest leader in Europe, the youngest chancellor in the new history of Austria, and only the third Christian Democrat in this post.
Austrian elections: Conservatives forecast to win 30.5% of vote
The conservative People’s Party (OVP), led by 31-year-old Sebastian Kurz, is projected to finish first in Austria’s snap parliamentary election, according to exit polls that suggest a clear shift to the right.
The latest forecasts showed centre-right OVP holding onto first place, winning 31.5 percent of Sunday’s vote.

German elections hardly a victory for Erdoğan
As expected, Chancellor Angela Merkel's center-right Christian Democratic Union (CDU) won the German elections with 33 percent of the votes. This is less than expected but a victory it still is. The real winner, however, appears to be the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, which gained an unprecedented 13 percent of the votes.

Hungary Changes Tack on Romania's OECD Bid
Romania's Foreign Ministry on Monday said that neighbouring Hungary would support Bucharest's bid to join the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, OECD.
