Albania MP Apologizes For Assaulting Colleague
At his trial on Monday in the Albanian Supreme Court, Socialist MP Arben Ndoka apologized for having attacked a fellow MP, maintaining that such actions have occurred in other parliaments.
"I want to apologize to the public although such incidents have happened in parliaments all over Europe and in the Albanian parliament in the past," Ndoka told reporters outside the court.

Second arrest warrant issued for Gülen, first one for Uslu
A Turkish criminal court on Feb. 24 issued another arrest warrant for the U.S.-based Islamic scholar Fethullah Gülen as a part of the probe into the ?parallel state,? in which 28 suspects have been arrested so far. The court also issued an arrest warrant for Emre Uslu, a columnist and a former police official.

Woman sentenced to life after killing girlfriend over cheating with man
A Turkish woman who killed her female partner after she discovered her secret affair with a man has been sentenced to life in prison.
The Bak?rköy 2nd Heavy Penal Court convicted the 26-year-old woman, identified only as H.C., of "wilful homicide" over the death of the victim, identified as S.D., Do?an News Agency reported on Feb. 24.
Vladimira Yaneva Resigns as Sofia City Court Chair
Vladimira Yaneva has resigned from the post of Chair of the Sofia City Court.
She keeps the post of a judge.
The resignation was submitted to the Supreme Judicial Council (VSS) at the end of the working day on Monday, according to the press office of the court.

Drecun: Taci's statement is insult to victims
BELGRADE - Head of the Serbian parliament committee for Kosovo Milovan Drecun said on Monday the statement by Kosovo's Prime Minister Hasim Taci that Kosovo would sue Serbia for genocide was an insult to victims, adding that Kosovo could not move forward unless it established a special court in the next few months.
