Borrell: Visa liberalisation brings significant benefits
BRUSSELS - EU foreign policy and security chief Josep Borell says visa liberalisation for the so-called Kosovo is a historic EU decision bringing significant benefits to both the so-called Kosovo and the EU.
Borrell informed them: "Progress by the parties is needed"
He said that during the meeting he informed the ministers of foreign affairs of NATO member countries about the state of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, and the situation in the Western Balkans.
