In a special statement today, deputies from Ahmed Dogan's faction of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), led by Timur Khalilov, accused acting Prime Minister Glavchev of showing clear signs of dependence on Delyan Peevski.

National Assembly Deputy Chairman Yordan Tsonev of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Friday said that he is part of the team of MRF Chairman Delyan Peevski and will remain on that team. In Tsonev's words, if the division in the MRF and expelling of MPs continues, and it will obviously continue, for the first time he will not remain by the side of MRF Honorary Chairman Ahmed Dogan.

GERB leader Boyko Borissov Thursday said that his party will not make a coalition with the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), as GERB stated as early as three months ago. Talking to reporters, Borissov said further that the negotiations had proved in an indisputable way that GERB neither asked for support from the MRF nor gave support to that party. 

In a powerful appeal to all members of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), Dr. Ahmed Dogan, the honorary chairman, has called for the resignation of the parliamentary group chairman, Delyan Peevski, along with five other prominent figures within the party.

Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) co-chairman Delyan Peevski has threatened to block "Revival" from holding a referendum against the euro, according to a statement sent to the media. His reaction follows an earlier announcement by "Revival" and "There Is Such a People" expressing their intention to resubmit a request for a referendum against the euro.

Boyko Borissov, chairman of the GERB parliamentary group, has formally declined the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) invitation to negotiate forming a government with the second mandate. In his letter, Borissov reaffirmed GERB's position of not supporting a second mandate under any circumstances. The stance remains consistent even for the third term.

The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) remains determined to pursue a second mandate to form a government, as confirmed following a meeting chaired by Delyan Peevski, the party's parliamentary group leader. Notably, representatives loyal to honorary chairman Ahmed Dogan opted not to attend the gathering.

Delyan Peevski, chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), has called for a complete unification with Ahmed Dogan. Peevski made this statement after meeting with some of the party's regional structures in Sofia, as reported per BNT.

According to unofficial sources, reported by the Bulgarian National Radio (BNR), a meeting is scheduled today between the honorary chairman of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS), Ahmed Dogan, the co-chairman Delyan Peevski, and the deputies who backed the "Zhelyazkov" draft cabinet.

Kostadin Kostadinov, leader of the right-wing party "Revival" (Vazrazhdane), emphasized that his party is not engaging in negotiations with other political entities for the formation of a government. Instead, he insisted on creating a principled cabinet centered on unity against GERB.
