The daughter of former US president Donald Trump, Ivanka Trump, and her husband Jared Kushner hailed their visit to the Acropolis in a social media post on Tuesday. The iconic ancient Greek monument receives thousands of visitors a day, with long queues being reported since early this year. The Ministry of Culture plans to deal with this phenomenon with the introduction of slots.

Ivana Trump, first wife of former president, dies at 73

Ivana Trump, a skier-turned-businesswoman who formed half of a publicity power couple in the 1980s as the first wife of former President Donald Trump and mother of his oldest children, has died in New York City, her family announced Thursday. She was 73.

The former president posted on his social media app that she died at her Manhattan home.

US: Trump Pardons Some of His Close Associates in His Last Days as President

US President Donald Trump has pardoned his former campaign manager Paul Manafort, ex-adviser Roger Stone and the father of Mr Trump's son-in-law.

Mr Manafort was convicted in 2018 in an investigation into alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 US election.

Mr Trump had previously commuted the prison sentence of Mr Stone, who was convicted of lying to Congress.
