Kosovo Commemorates Massacre that Prompted NATO Bombing
Commemorations are being held on Wednesday to mark the 21st anniversary of the massacre by Serbian forces in the Kosovo village of Recak/Racak, when 44 people were killed.
The massacre was publicised by the chief of the OSCE ceasefire verification mission to Kosovo, William Walker, who visited the scene the following day and declared it a "crime against humanity".
Serbs want EU rep's "tit-for-tat" comment to be explained
Speaking for the website Euractiv, Nataliya Apostolova said that there had been "ethnic incidents in recent months involving Serbs and Albanians" - something she said was "worrying, starting to look like tit-for-tat."

The decision to halt construction of the road connecting Decan/Decani with Plave in Montenegro, following the demands of the nearby Serbian Orthodox monastery, has caused conflicting reactions in Kosovo.
Visoki Decani Monastery protested over the construction of the road, claiming that it was being done within its five-km Special Protective Zone, SPZ.
Pristina's bid to become EU candidate "could be rejected"
RTK in Serbian is reporting that Nataliya Apostolova said this during a conference organized by the Kosovo Foundation for Open Society (KFOS).
"I'm afraid that member countries may reject the application. What counts in this process is the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia and fight against organized crime and corruption", Apostolova said.

According to Tanjug, he told (Albanian language) broadcaster RTV21 in an interview that the EU is at the forefront of these negotiations, which will be "strongly supported by the United States."
Delawie said that the success of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is an essential element in achieving progress in their EU ambitions.
