Radan Kanev

Radan Kanev, one of the Reformist Bloc's leaders, admitted that its attempt to set out conditions about who will be Prime Minister in the next government was a mistake.

The right-wing coalition is now determined not to enter any talks about specific names to join the cabinet prior to an agreement on future cabinet's program, Kanev told Darik Radio.

Election results might show that the Reformist Bloc has already grown into a single political player, Radan Kanev, one of the bloc's leaders, announced.

Kanev, who heads the Democrats for Strong Bulgaria (DSB), one of the partners of the right-wing coalition, said results came as a surprise to politicians, since they did not expect such a Parliament.

Boyko Borisov is trying to scare the people and blackmails them to give him support, which he does not have, Radan Kanev, leader of the Democrats for Strong Bulgaria said. 

Radan Kanev of the Reformist Bloc will contest the construction permit for the South Stream pipeline compressor station in the Pasha Dere area near Varna, reports Dnevnik.bg. 

Leaders of parties that forged the right-wing Reformist Bloc last year have announced they are to decide on a single Chair next month.

Though there are no official candidates, the bloc's former Spokesperson, Radan Kanev, is likely to get the office, the website Dnevnik.bg reports.

Radan Kanev, spokesperson of the right-wing coalition Reformist Bloc, resigned from his position. 

The opposition party GERB submitted a no-confidence vote on Friday over the socialist-led government's energy policy.

Friday's motion is the fourth one by former Prime Minister Boyko Borisov's GERB since the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) came into power in May 2013.
