On the one hand, violence is re-erupting in Bosnia. On the other hand, Albania and Serbia seem to be at odds. And Serbia still doesn?t accept Kosovo?s independence.
What is happening in the Balkans? Are we on the brink of a new war in Bosnia and Kosovo?

Only one Serb family returns to Kosovo

BRUSSELS -- The European Commission on Thursday adopted the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) proposal for Kosovo and sent it to the Council for consideration.
However, "it still does not mean that Kosovo could soon become a candidate for membership of the European Union," Tanjug said it learned in Brussels.
