Incident: Bear Attacked a Woman in Park Belitsa
A woman was injured after being attacked by a bear. The incident happened near the park for dancing bears in Belitsa, confirmed to NOVA by the park management.
The woman went out to pick mushrooms when she was attacked by a wild animal. The wounded woman was taken to the hospital in Razlog.

Turkey’s zoo delighted at Asian elephant’s birth
The İzmir Natural Life Park has announced the arrival of a new baby animal whose species is at risk in its respective natural habitat: A healthy Asian elephant.
Begümcan, a 25-year-old elephant, gave birth to a female calf in the zoo's protected facility and delighted zookeepers, zoo officials told reporters.
No name has been given to the baby elephant yet.

Antalya zoo home to newborn species
With the arrival of spring, the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Zoo and Wildlife Park has welcomed 150 new babies of different species. Among them are zebra, mountain goat, and lemur.
One of the largest zoos in Turkey with vast natural habitats and a growing population, the Antalya Zoo is home to 1,580 animals of 140 species.
