Bulgaria's Rozovo Inhabitants 'Discriminate' Refugees - Ombudsman

Syrian refugees have been facing discrimination from the inhabitants of Rozovo, a Bulgarian village, according to the National Ombudsman.

Penchev's comments came after three Syrian families were forced to leave Rozovo, a village in Central Bulgaria, following calls by locals that they go away until Monday.

Serbian economy to be presented in United Arab Emirates

BELGRADE - A delegation of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (PKS), headed by its president Zeljko Sertic, will visit the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from April 27th to May 1st and meet the leading businessmen of the seven Emirates.

The economic potential of Serbia as an investment destination will be presented to the UAE business community, PKS states in a release.

A 69-year-old Greek man who has been in the intensive-care unit of Athens’s Sotiria hospital since he tested positive for the potentially fatal MERS virus on his arrival in the Greek capital from Saudi Arabia last week was in a critical but stable condition on Tuesday night, doctors said, as health authorities remained on high alert to stop the virus from spreading.
