Chepurin: Russia expects Serbia to support South Stream

BELGRADE - Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will discuss with Serbian officials the political relations and economic cooperation between the two countries, especially such important matters like the South Stream natural gas pipeline, Ukraine and Kosovo, Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Chepurin has said.

Bulgarian Railway Co Prepares Varna-Bucharest High-Speed Train Project

A project for a high-speed train connecting Bulgaria's Varna to Romania's Bucharest is being prepared at the National Railway Infrastructure Company.

The first stage of the project envisages the reconstruction of the rail line Varna – Ruse, for which a tender procedure is to be called in the second half of the year, according to reports of Trud daily.

Investment Company Restarts Bulgaria – Georgia Ferry Line

Private investment company CSIF of Tsvetelina Borislavova is restoring the ferry line between Bulgaria and Georgia.

Through the Clever Synergies Investment Fund (CSIF), a second port in the Black Sea city of Burgas will be bought. The second port is located right next to the one purchased in 2013, according to Capital daily.
