No dialogue until Pristina withdraws trade barriers - Vucic
Vucic reiterated that there will be no continuation of the dialogue until Pristina withdraws its measures, referring to an additional tax of 10 percent that Pritina has imposed on goods from central Serbia and from Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Concern over increasingly complex situation in Kosovo
According to the government, during the meeting Brnabic expressed her worry over the increasingly complex situation in Kosovo and Metohija, bearing in mind that the interim institutions in Pristina do not respect dialogue and the agreements reached.

Russia speaks on EU mediated Kosovo dialogue
According to Lavrov, the United States is also "forcing the issue of establishing a (Kosovo) army."
"It is obvious that EU's efforts have failed, because Pristina refused to implement all the agreements that have been reached so far," Lavrov said.

Dacic: Dirty games, Pristina wants ultimatums
First PM and Foreign Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic said this on RTS on Thursday night, adding that Pristina's tactic is to "deteriorate" the situation in order to force some decision through, such as EU's visa liberalization (for residents of Kosovo).

Vucic says "Kosovo army will be formed November 28"
The president made the comment on Tuesday in Belgrade, during his meeting with representatives of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija.
B92 has learned that Vucic said an army would be formed in Kosovo "on November 28, Albanian Flag Day."

I.e. - "its officials are visiting countries that have recognized Kosovo to ensure they would not withdraw that recognition."
