Haradinaj in warning to Serbs in northern Kosovo
He said this on Friday, after a meeting of the Kosovo Council for Security.
"No one has the right to undertake unilateral action," Haradinaj said, at a press conference and added that "violation of Kosovo laws would not be tolerated," the publication Gazeta Express has reported.

President calls meeting of Council for National Security
The daily Kurir said the meeting will be held on August 4, the day when the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) should have been formed in Kosovo and Metohija.
In addition, the report said, "there is operative information that Albanians will, with NATO's assistance, attempt to occupy Gazivode."
