Minister-delegate for Energy Razvan Nicolescu on Saturday told AGERPRES that he will no longer be part of the future government.

The Greek police’s cyber crime unit issued a warning over the weekend regarding a series of bogus e-mails addressed to taxpayers with regard to tax rebates.

The e-mails appeared to have been sent by the Finance Ministry and contain demands that taxpayers disclose private information and financial details in order to get money back from the state.

A Turkish man suspected of sexually abusing several children after he trapped them with a fake Facebook profile has reportedly been detained thanks to a tip-off from the social media platform's headquarters in the United States.

Police are investigating claims by a group of hackers that they have got hold of data on everyone in the country.

Fake email attributed to police director circulated

BELGRADE -- The Serbian police director, Milorad Veljovic, on Monday denied that he had sent "an open letter" criticizing Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic.

Veljovic also announced that he will ask the authorities to urgently investigate who sent the email containing the letter, "and to what end."
