Crime thriller filmmaker blocks theater release after link to cabbie killer
The director of a Greek crime thriller that may have inspired the murder of a taxi driver in the northern Athens suburb of Kifissia has decided to stop the film's theater release.

The film enchanted audiences and critics alike, and raked in several hundred million dollars along the way, but also upended expectations of what an animated film could be. It was the first-ever animated film to be nominated for a best picture Oscar.

'Macbeth' on stage with City Theaters
The Istanbul City Theaters staged a premiere of William Shakespeare's "Macbeth" on March 8 with an added twist: puppets.
The play will be on stage at the Harbiye Muhsin Ertuğrul Stage on March 11, 15, 16, 17 and 18 before moving to the Ümraniye Stage on March 30 and April 1.
