BELGRADE - Wreaths were laid on Friday to commemorate the death of Slobodan Trisic, a worker at the heating plant Novi Beograd, who was killed at the plant during the NATO bombing campaign in 1999.

Members of the family, official of the Belgrade provisional authorities Nikola Nikodijevic and managers and employees of the utility company Beogradske elektrane laid the wreaths.

Serbia's policy on Kosovo "won't change"

GRAČANICA -- Serbia's Minister without Portfolio in charge of Kosovo Aleksandar Vulin said on Thursday the country's policy on Kosovo "would not change."

"The policy on Kosovo will not change. We will not recognize Kosovo as a country," he said in the Serb enclave of Gračanica.
