Ljubljana, 29 May – The newspaper Delo welcomes the Economy Ministry’s proposal to distribute a new set of vouchers to citizens to boost tourism while extending their validity to hospitality, culture, sports and recreational services, but also says that aid needs to come quick.

The UN civil aviation agency will hold an urgent meeting Thursday (27 May) to discuss Belarus after Western powers on the UN Security Council called for the body to investigate Minsk's diversion of a European flight and arrest of a dissident.

The border police in Bors has caught 30 foreigners who were attempting to illegally cross the border with Hungary hidden in a lorry.
