Anti-Smuggling Action Unleashed Clashes in Northern Kosovo
Police crackdown on smuggled goods has provoked clashes in northern Serbia, which is populated mainly by Serbs.
The police used tear gas against demonstrators who were angry at the action directed to District in Northern Mitrovica and burned police officers in Zverchan.

For vehicles, a regime with stickers has been established to cover specific parts of license plates.
The convoy of vehicles from the direction from Raska to Leposvic is about two and a half kilometers long, Tanjug reporter on the spot informs.
KFOR soldiers have been deployed in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, and they will stay there for the next two weeks.

Tensions between Serbia and Kosovo Eased
Serbia and Kosovo have reached an agreement to ease the situation on their border, an EU official confirmed on Thursday.
"We have a deal!," Miroslav Lajčák, EU Special Representative for the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue and other Western Balkan regional issues, announced on Twitter.

Agreement reached; Vučić: ROSU to withdraw; "Such Albanian actions won't be repeated"
He pointed out that we have reached a compromise solution to the crisis in the north of Kosovo and Metohija, and that the ROSU units will leave by 4 pm on October 2.

There are no indications of an imminent solution on the ground. Members of the special unit of the Kosovo Police are not withdrawing. Due to their presence, Serbs are not withdrawing either.

KFOR erected new barricades near the Decani monastery
This problem is further intensified by the installation of new barricades that KFOR set up a few days ago near the monastery Visoki Decani, Gazeta Express writes.
