Çe?me creates artificial reef and diving center

The Çe?me Artificial Reef project, which was initiated 10 years ago as an attraction for divers and to increase the number of fish, has begun to come to life. 

In the first step of the project, 50 concrete blocks were left off Karada (E?ekada) Island on March 15. 

 E?me District Gov. Mustafa Erkay?ran said their goal was to establish an underwater city in the district. 

Istanbul's Bosphorus Bridge closed to traffic over suspicious car

A suspicious car prompted the emergency closure of Istanbul's Bosphorus Bridge on March 15.

A man reportedly jumped out of a moving car, now abandoned, before escaping in another vehicle.

Bomb disposal experts detonated the trunk of the car in a controlled manner, while examinations of the car are continuing.

Borsa Istanbul issues statement on 'mysterious investor'

Turkey's main stock exchange, Borsa Istanbul, has said all trading transactions are closely followed and the capital markets watchdog is informed about any suspicious transactions in a written statement on March 12, following a Bloomberg report and the following stories about a mysterious investor, dubbed "the dude," who was said to be responsible for massive transactions in the Turkish markets

The Turkish Enterprise and Business Association's (TÜRKONFED) latest report was titled: "Towards a new constitution: The development of institutional reform and democracy culture."

TÜRKONFED had previously prepared reports on critical issues like getting out of the middle income trap or women in the business world.

Erhan Yaz?c?o?lu resigns from his post

City Theaters General Art Director Erhan Yaz?c?o?lu has announced that he has resigned from his post. 
Speaking at the "Son(suz) Öykü" gala at the Haldun Taner stage in Istanbul's Kad?köy on Dec. 28, Yaz?co?lu said, "We viewed a very nice play but this is the last speech of my 48-year professional life." 

He said he would say farewell to City Theaters, and continued:
