Turkish woman sleeping in closed store gets trapped with thieves overnight

A woman who was sleeping in a closed store got trapped with thieves in the middle of the night in the Central Anatolian province of Konya early on Aug. 11.

Habibe Tok, 25, heard sounds from inside the store in Konya's Meram district when she was sleeping in a room on the store's third floor at around 4 a.m.

A visually impaired high school senior in the Central Anatolian province of Konya ranked in first place in five scores of Turkey's undergraduate placement examination.

Fulya Akkaya received the highest score in the TM (Turkish-Math)-1, TM-2, TM-3, TS (Turkish-Social Sciences)-1 and TS-2 categories on the exam, for which the second and last round results were revealed on July 12.

The 8th Directorate of Debt Collection Office in Konya put up the licenses and the postings for sale at a total of 5.6 million Turkish Liras.
