According to the newspaper, the EU will set as a condition the solving of open issues regarding the border between Croatia and Serbia, but also between Croatia and Montenegro.

Serbia to open new negotiation chapters on December 11
BRUSSELS - Serbia will open new negotiation chapters in its EU accession talks at a December 11 Intergovernmental Conference in Brussels.
According to Tanjug's diplomatic sources in Brussels, consent of all 28 EU member states - which are to decide whether to open two or three new chapters with Serbia - is still pending.

Hahn: Serbia will soon become part of the European family
EU Commissioner for Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn said last night that Serbia "will soon become a part of the European family."
During his talks in Brussels with Prime Minister Ana Brnabic, Hahn thanked Serbia for its key role in stabilizing the region.
Madrid asked Serbia to send letter to EU later
Aleksandar Vucic says the text of a letter Belgrade will send to the EU is ready - but that the PM will not take it with her to Brussels tomorrow.
Vucic on Monday added that he already signed the letter, which, he said, Spain has requested be submitted at a later date, "so as not to aggravate the situation in that country."
