US hopeful on Turkish-American ties ahead of Fidan-Blinken talks

The United States believes the Strategic Mechanism meetings to be held by the foreign ministers of the two countries, Hakan Fidan and Antony Blinken, in Washington this week constitute a very good opportunity for improving bilateral ties in almost all fields, including security, trade, energy and climate.

Logar calls for cooperation between EU and Indo-Pacific

Paris – Foreign Minister Anže Logar attended the first ministerial forum on cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region organised by the French EU presidency on Tuesday. He noted the importance of good and sustainable integration between Europe and the Indo-Pacific, and also held two bilateral meetings, the Slovenian Foreign Ministry said.

Moldova, Georgia, Ukraine Pledge to Take Joint Path to EU

Moldova, Ukraine and Georgia signed a memorandum in Kyiv on Monday that formalises their cooperation on a joint path towards membership of the European Union.

Moldovan Foreign Minister Aureliu Ciocoi said that by signing the document, the three countries with European aspirations are sending another strong signal that they will continue to implement reform and modernisation plans.

Vucic thanks Georgia for respecting Serbia's sovereignty

BELGRADE - Meeting with Georgian Deputy PM and FM Mikheil Janelidze in Belgrade on Wednesday, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic thanked Georgia for respecting Serbia's sovereignty and territorial integrity, noting that the two countries shared common values and a principled position of respect of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of internationally recognised countries.
