This morning a technical problem has arisen in the information system for issuing Bulgarian identity documents, the Ministry of Interior announced. Actions are immediately taken to resolve it.

Temporary administrative services related to the issuance of personal documents, including driving licenses, are not carried out temporarily, the Interior Ministry added.

The gunman who killed three people at a Christmas market in Strasbourg was shot dead by French police on Thursday as the Islamic State jihadist group claimed him as one of its "soldiers", reports AFP.

According to bTV, the city is blocked by gendarmerie.

Interior Minister Valentin Radev announced at the Council of Ministers that he has forbidden the appointment of officers in the Ministry of Interior administration until the number of police officers has been filled.

PARIS - Serbian and French Interior Ministers Nebojsa Stefanovic and Bernard Cazeneuve agreed on Thursday the two countries' police forces needed to cooperate more closely on the migrant crisis, the fight against illegal migration and in the exchange of intelligence information.
