Shipping Ministry signs contracts for patrol boats and high-speed vessels worth 14.4 million euros

The Shipping Ministry has recently entered into three contracts with Viking Norsafe Life-Saving Equipment Hellas. These contracts involve the acquisition of a total of 31 patrol boats, including 21 conventional boats and 10 inflatable boats, along with three high-speed boats for the Port Authority. The total value of these contracts amounts to 14,372,700 euros.

United States at gunpoint: China will attack?

In the warning issued on Wednesday, which came from several countries, it was revealed that Chinese cyber espionage was aimed at military and government organizations in the US, Reuters reported.
The Chinese government has rejected claims it is spying on Western targets, calling the warning from the US and its allies a "collective disinformation campaign".

China says US chipmaker Micron failed security review

U.S. semiconductor giant Micron has failed a national security review, China's cybersecurity watchdog has said, telling operators of "critical information infrastructure" to stop buying its products.    

It marked the latest escalation in the bitter chip war between the United States and China, with Washington looking to cut off Beijing's access to cutting-edge semiconductors.

The attacks of August 22 last year compromised a string of public services, including the websites of the government and the Revenue and Customs Administration.

According to the Ministry of Public Administration, 17 "information systems" in 10 institutions were infected, with 150 computer directly affected.
