Ex-Journalist Barekov Heads His Party's EU Elections List

Nikolay Barekov, a former journalist and TV host, announced he would lead the EU Elections list of a coalition forged by his Bulgaria without Censorship (BWC) party.

The leaders of nationalist VMRO-BND, Agrarian People's Union and Gergiovden Movement, the other three parties within the coalition, will rank immediately after him in the list, Dnevnik.bg has reported.

Viktor Orban Poised to Win Hungary Elections

Ruling center-right party Fidesz is set to win Hungary's parliamentary elections, with 48% of the vote according to exit polls.

Center-left opposition is reported to have received 27% support, as Der Spiegel has informed. Jobbik, the far-right party which some forecasts placed second, got 18%.

Official results were expected "Sunday night".

Nikolic to nominate Vucic as future PM after April 17

BELGRADE - Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic will confer with party representatives after the Serbian parliament constitution and nominate leader of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) Aleksandar Vucic for the position of the future prime minister, president's advisor Stanislava Pak Stankovic stated on Saturday.
