Saudi employer cuts off woman’s hand
Kasturi Munirathinam’s right arm was cut off, allegedly by her employer, when she tried to escape from their house last week, where she was working as a domestic help.
Her family has stated that she was being tortured by her Saudi employers and her employers had been angered after she complained about the harassment she was facing, as BBC reports.

Saudi, Iran agree to repatriate dead pilgrims: State media
Saudi and Iranian health ministers have agreed to repatriate Iranian pilgrims killed in last week's Hajj stampede, Saudi state media said, after Tehran threatened a "fierce" response over delays.
Tehran has accused Saudi of hindering its efforts to bring home the bodies of at least 239 Iranians who died in last week's tragedy near the Muslim holy city of Mecca.

You must have heard about the latest disaster in Mecca, Islam's holiest city, on Sept. 24. More than 700 pilgrims died in a stampede on the way to the ritual of "stoning the devil." And this was only a repetition of similar disasters that happened again in Mecca, and again during the Hajj, the annual pilgrimage that millions of Muslims come from all around the world to do.

It is wrong to assume the Saudi regime does not care about hajj security, that it does not use modern technology and leaves the business to fate; it is also wrong to clear the Saudis of all wrong and say, "Such things happen in every country."
