Bulgaria's Supreme Administrative Court (VAS) has allowed the Commission for Protection of Competition (KZK) to impose a penalty of BGN 125 000 on heating utility Toplofikatsiya Sofia for abuse of dominant position.

The Administrative Court Sofia City has given the green light to the removal of the "1300 Years Bulgaria" Monument in front of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Sofia.
The Court has decided it will not pursue the complaint of sculptor Valentin Starchev against the decision of the Sofia Municipal Council for the removal of the monument.
