Some 43 people were injured late on Dec. 16 when a bus carrying workers collided with a trucking rig in the southern province of Adana, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.

Ancient carpet seized in Turkey's Adana
A velvet wall carpet, which depicts the 12 apostles of Christianity and is estimated to date back to 1,000 years, has been seized in the southern province of Adana after three men attempted to sell it for 3 million Turkish Liras.
The interrogation of the suspects is ongoing.

Aqua park in Turkey's Adana forms 12-person team against sexual harassment
The management of an aqua park in the southern province of Adana has formed a security team of 12, including both male and female personnel, against sexual harassment.
The 12-person staff monitors water slides and swimming pools throughout the day in the Mavi Su Aqualand, which is visited by about 2,000 people on weekends.

Two suspects arrested due for butchering eight horses in Turkey's Adana
Two suspects were arrested on June 10 for butchering eight horses in the southern province of Adana, state-run Anadolu Agency has reported.
The suspects, who are also brothers, were detained by police during a raid in Adana's Yüreğir district on June 7.
