The cases of Aleksić, Petnica and Lečić: "Leave them alone to tell their story"
The decision of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office to reject the criminal charges filed for rape against Branislav Lecic by Danijela Steinfeld, caused a storm in the public from approval to denial.
Lawyer Jugoslav Tintor said in an interview with TV Prva that there is a presumption of innocence when it comes to any case.

He pointed out that until a month ago, he did not know of a case where a man marked "S" sexually harassed girls at a research station Petnica.
Asked how he did not know for four years why "S" was fired, he told TV Prva that "Petnica is a type of instantaneous water heater and many people come and go."

"The court does not work slowly. It acts on all indictments filed by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina without delay and has the capacity to process them. However, the indictment filing dynamics and timing comes under the exclusive responsibility of the Bosnian state prosecution," the state court said.
Matic: Lawyer Tintor falsely accused Commission
The commission's president, Veran Matic, said this on Thursday.
Matic said Tintor accused the Commission of "exerting pressure" in order for statements that were not given before the prosecution or the court to be inclued in the court procedure.

Matic's comments about murder trial cause heated debate
The controversy arose over the comments made by the president of the Commission Investigating Murders of Journalists, Veran Matic, on the trial for the murder of journalist Slavko Curuvija, Beta agency reported.
