A review of a precautionary agreement between Romania and the IMF and the EU has been put off to November, after the government has drafted its 2015 budget, according to Romanian officials.

Bulgaria will nominate UNESCO's Director-General Irina Bokova for the post of UN Secretary-General, according to unconfirmed reports.

The proposal was made by Bulgaria's Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin, but no official statement has been released yet, Focus agency reported.
