Romania's Halep reached the final of Roland Garros tennis tournament

Romanian tennis player Simona Halep, world's number four, on Thursday reached for the first time in her career to a final of a Grand Slam, following her winning in two sets, 6-2, 7-6, against German Andrea Petkovic, Seed No. 28, after one hour thirty minutes of playing.

In the final of Roland Garros tennis tournament, Halep meets Russian Maria Sharapova (No. 7), who defeated in the semifinals Canadian Eugenie Bouchard.
