CSAT, to discuss on Tuesday budget proposals for 2015 of institutions involved in national security area

The Supreme Council for National Defence (CSAT) on Tuesday discusses the budget proposals for 2015 of the institutions with capacities in the national security area and
Romania's strategic directions in terms of energy infrastructure development, in the context of the European evolutions in the area, the Presidential Administration informs.

According to the cited source, the meeting, headed by President Traian Basescu, will take place at the Cotroceni Palace, at 15,00.

The Presidential Administration shows that the agenda also includes topics related to: the report on the measures Romania adopted for enforcing the international sanction regimes, the assessment of the activities for implementing the international documents on the line of arms control, the increase of confidence and security, Romania's participation in NATO's Resolute Support mission in Afghanistan, in 2015, the plan for employing Romania's armies sent in missions and operations abroad, in 2015, the CSAT activity programme for 2015.

Moreover, other national security topical matters will be approached during the meeting. AGERPRES
