Experts from Bulgarian Building Control go to Alepu

The director of the Regional Directorate for National Construction Control Milen Nenchev will carry out an inspection in the Alepu area after a series of signals of resumed construction despite the orders to stop the activities there.

The inspection should establish whether the owner of the terrain to the beach only carries a shoreline for which it is prescribed or that the three villas planned are being built. The first spot checks were made at the end of January this year. The permit for recreational activities was issued a year earlier - January 24, 2017.

In September 2018, the owner of the terrain also obtained a building permit. Alepu Village Resort Complex should be built in two stages - consolidation and construction. And because the activities went in parallel with the DNSK stopped the construction on the grounds that there was no staging in the construction works. The issued warrant with which the mistake was corrected is March 1.
