Bulgarian EU Presidency to be Opened with Authentic and Modern Folklore Performances

Authentic folklore songs and pieces, old church chants, folk dances and folkloric rhythm with modern sound will be part of the opening ceremony for the Bulgarian EU presidency at the National Theatre on January 11, the Ministry for the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU 2018 said.

At Least 11 have Died in an Avalanche in India

At least 11 people have died in the fall of an avalanche in the Indian part of Kashmir, the Bulgarian National Radio has quoted DPA. The Agency refers to local authorities. Two cars were overwhelmed by the avalanche. Police, army, and rescue teams pulled out the bodies of 11 people. Two survivors were taken to the hospital. Among the dead there are five women and a two-year-old child.

Man was Killed in a Balloon Fall in Egypt

One man died and another 12 were injured after a balloon crashed near the Luxor town of Egypt, the Bulgarian National Radio reported. The reasons for the crash are not clear.

This is another such case in the area. In 2013 In the vicinity of Luxor, 19 tourists died after their bubble burnt. In 2009, 13 people were injured after their balloon hit the antenna and fell.

New Rules for Registration of Vehicles Coming into Force on December 27

Until now, for 2017, a total of 80% of the families of people in brain death have agreed that the organs of their relatives should be used to save others.

His next rival will most probably be world number one Rafael Nadal.
