PM on Ukraine, meeting with Putin, OSCE apology

BELGRADE -- Aleksandar Vučić has said that Belgrade supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine, but will not impose sanctions on Russia.

He spoke for the German newspaper Handelsblatt, which published the interview on Monday.
