GAbriel: Support for Serbia's EU integration

BELGRADE - Germany's Vice Chancellor and Minister of Economy Sigmar Gabriel will lead a business delegation on a two-day visit to Serbia starting Sunday, with the goal being to Support Serbia's EU integration and improve economic relations between the two countries, the German Ministry of Economy and Energy has stated.

Gabriel will meet with Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic on Monday, the Serbian government office for media relations has
said.

The programme for the visit includes a meeting of the Business Council of Serbia and Germany in Belgrade, followed by a one-on-one meeting between Vucic and Gabriel, the office stated.

The two countries' delegations will meet afterwards.

Serbia is an important partner for Germany and its economy and the relations between the two countries have been developing well in the past 10 years, Gabriel said ahead of the visit, adding that there was a lot of potential for improving those relations even further.
