Gov’t plans to create hotspots in Kyllini
It seems that the government’s plan is to create hotspots in every part of Greece causing great damages to country’s tourism industry.
This year’s tourist season will be the worst for many Greek islands who continue to receive refugees and immigrants, such as Lesvos and Chios, while Greece’s biggest port, Piraeus, has turned into a refugee camp hosting thousands of people.

Tension in refugee centers across Greece (pics+vid)
While the refugee flow from Turkey to the Greek islands continues, the refugees and immigrants throughout Greece protest against the EU-Turkey agreement and the closed borders.
51,393 refugees and immigrants are currently in Greece, according to the refugee crisis management coordination body, with 5.337 of them being stuck at the Greek islands.
Highways Dominate Balkan Mini-Summit in Albania
Foreign ministers of Western Balkan countries met on Wednesday in Durres, Albania, with EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn to discuss joint infrastructural projects financed by the EU.
The Durres meeting was the fourth such meeting of Western Balkan ministers in the so-called Berlin Process, a five-year process started in August 2014 marked by yearly summits.

FIFA and UEFA threaten Greek football with ‘Grexit’
The global governing body of football, FIFA and its European branch UEFA have threatened Greece with expelling all its clubs and the Greek national football team from all international competitions, after a meeting between their representatives in Athens and Greek Deputy Minister for Sports Stavros Kontonis came to an impasse.

Turkish Red Crescent to build first migrant readmission camp in western Turkey
A camp with a capacity of 5,000 people will be built in the western province of Manisa to accommodate migrants readmitted to Turkey, Turkish Red Crescent Deputy Chair Kerem K?n?k has said.
ND proposes examining committee for third memorandum
Main opposition New Democracy tabled a proposal for an examining committee to conduct an investigation for the reasons why capital controls were imposed on Greece and the signing of the third memorandum, as well as the need for a fresh recapitalisation of Greek banks.
FAGE to leave domestic milk market
Greek dairy producer FAGE decided to withdraw from the domestic milk market, saying that the sector is non-profitable.
The company has already started negotiations to sell all its properties, plants and equipment of the factory in Amyntaio, Florina.
FAGE will focus on yoghurt products with new investments abroad to cover the needs of international markets.

Why did Mitsotakis request elections?
For the first time since he elected president of New Democracy, Kyriakos Mitsotakis clearly requests to conduct elections.
The party considers that the election game will be determined during negotiation talks with Greece’s lenders, since Mr. Mitsotakis is certain that whether Greece will reach an agreement or not, the next day will be very difficult.

EU to be 'whole' when all of Cyprus in bloc, says Schulz
