Minister: Bulgaria Prepared to Host European Volleyball Championship
Minister of Youth and Sports Krasen Kralev assured that Bulgaria is prepared to meet the challenges of hosting the 2015 men's European Volleyball Championship.
Kralev attended the drawing of lots for the final round of the tournament, which took place at the Ivan Vazov National Theatre in Sofia on Monday.
Sales of New Cars in Bulgaria Up 4.1% Y/Y in Jan 2015
Sales of new cars in Bulgaria registered a 4.1% increase on the year in January 2015, reaching 1419, according to statistics of the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA).
The January 2015 results were the best results for January since 2010 as regards new passenger car registrations in the EU.

Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova has made clear that a register of tourist destinations in the country is being prepared.
Angelkova, as cited by the Bulgarian National Radio, informed Monday that seven tourism attaches would be tasked with boosting Bulgaria's popularity abroad and developing potential markets.

Spanish Prime Minister Marianno Rajoy caused a stir late on Thursday, at least amongst some Greek "twitterati", when he Tweeted a photograph of the EU Summit's "family portrait".
Eurozone Demonstrates Overall GDP Growth
The ?urozone area has shown a 0.3% GDP growth over the last quarter of 2014 as compared to the previous one, while the EU28 countries altogether performed even better with 0.4% increase according to a Eurostat report published on Friday.
Compared to results from the same period of 2013, the seasonally adjusted GDP of the eurozone rose by 0.9%, and by 1.3% in all EU28 countries.
