Western Balkan PMs begin Sarajevo meeting
Western Balkan PMs on Thursday began a meeting in Sarajevo as part of preparations for the upcoming 4th Berlin Process Summit in Trieste in July.
They were ceremonially welcomed at the headquarters of Bosnia and Herzegovina state institutions by their host, Council of Ministers Chairman Denis Zvizdic, Tanjug reported.

Parcel bomb sent to IMF a day after similar device from Greece targets German FinMin
News of a parcel bomb going off at the International Monetary Fund's headquarters in Paris swept through the Greek media on Thursday afternoon as it came just a day after a similar device was posted from Greece to the German Finance Ministry.
Reuters reported that one person was "slightly injured" after opening the booby-trapped letter at the IMF's Paris office.
Hong Kong - a Potential Investor in Bulgaria
Hong Kong has been exploring options for investments in Bulgaria in the area of infrastructure, the Deputy Representative for Economic and Trade Affairs of that Chinese region for the European Union Sam Hui told the Bulgarian National Radio.
He said that Hong Kong could play a special role and was looking for opportunities for furtherance of cooperation with partners in Bulgaria.
Greece's jobless rate rises to 23.6 percent in fourth quarter
Greece's jobless rate rose to 23.6 percent in October-to-December from 22.6 percent in the third quarter, data from the country's statistics service showed on Thursday.
About 71.8 percent of Greece's 1.12 million jobless are long-term unemployed, meaning they have been out of work for at least 12 months, the figures showed.
Jean-Claude Junker: Western Balkans Are Most Fragile Region of Europe
The Western Balkans are the most fragile region in Europe and the EU must give it its due attention, said the European Commission President Jean-Claude Junker at the European Parliament, quoted by BNR.
Donald Tusk, President of the European Council stated that '' it was clear to all that forces inside and outside are working vigorously to destabilize the region''.
