NBS buys EUR 20 million in FX market
BELGRADE - Governor of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) Jorgovanka Tabakovic said that the NBS has enough FX reserves to defend the national currency and it bought euros (EUR 20 million) just before the weekend for the first time this year, after only selling foreign currency for the last three months.

8 Reported Killed in Clashes during Local Elections in Turkey
Eight people were killed on Sunday in clashes between supporters of rival candidates in Turkey's local elections.
Six people were killed in a gunfight between two families in the village of Yuvacik in the eastern province of Sanliurfa, which borders Syria, security officials said, according to Hurriyet Daily News.
Ivana Maksimovic wins silver medal at ISSF World Cup
FORT BENNING – Serbia’s Ivana Maksimovic won the silver medal in the 10m Air Rifle Women event at the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) World Cup, held at the U.S. Army post of Fort Benning, on Saturday.
Maksimovic mounted the podium after ending up second in the finals with a total of 207.6 points.
