Central Electoral Bureau to inform on ballot attendance abroad

The Central Electoral Bureau will be the authority that informs the public on the attendance of the Sunday presidential ballot abroad, at the times set in the Bureau's decision 51/2014, the Electoral Bureau No. 48 for the polling stations abroad informed AGERPRES through a media release on Friday.

The overall turnout of Romanian voters at the European Parliament elections on Sunday was 32.16 percent at 9 p.m., when the polls closed, according to data of the Central Electoral Bureau (BEC).

The turnout was 28.69 percent in urban areas and 36.88 percent in rural areas.
