Weather Forcast for Bulgaria: Before Noon Sunshine will Prevail over most of the Country
Sofia. Today, before noon, sunshine will prevail over most of the country. Atmospheric pressure is lower than the average for July and will be without significant change. Around the afternoon, cloudy clouds will develop again and in many places there will be brief, intense rainfall in separate regions accompanied by thunder and temporary wind gains.

Sofia. It will be sunny for most of the country this morning. The atmospheric pressure will remain below the average for July. Rainy clouds will gather around noon brining brief showers with thunder. In places, mainly in the mountain areas, the rain will be intense and considerable in amount. There will be light to moderate northwest wind.
Rain and Thunderstorms throughout Bulgaria Today, Maximum Temperatures between 23°C and 28°C
Sofia. Today, rainy clouds will continue to gather and bring rain and thunderstorms to many places, chances of hail remain. Atmospheric pressure is lower than the average for the month, it is expected to begin to rise in the afternoon. There will be light to moderate mostly northern wind.
Rainfall and Thunderstorms are Expected in Western Bulgaria
A yellow code for rainfall and thunderstorms has been announced for the western part of the country on Saturday, on the site of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.

Yellow Code for Rain and Thunder for Half of Bulgaria
On Friday in many places in the western half of the country powerful cumulus and rainy clouds will again develop. There will be intense short rains with thunderstorms and hailstorms.
Yellow Code for Heavy Rainfall and Thunder in half of Bulgaria
Yellow code has been declared for 13 districts in Western and Southern Bulgaria, according to the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The warning applies to Sofia-city, Sofia-District, Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Smolyan, Kardzhali, Haskovo, Stara Zagora, Sliven and Yambol districts.
Temperatures in Bulgaria will Reach Up to 36 Degrees in June
The lowest temperatures in June in Bulgaria will be between 10 and 15 degrees, and the highest - between 31 and 36 degrees, announced Krassimir Stoev to BTA, a meteorologist at the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
Hail and Rain in Lovech, Firefighters Pull up Cars
Heavy rain accompanied by hail occurred in Lovech. In the afternoon, 15 liters per square meter of rain fell, the Hydrometeorological Observatory in the city reported.
Some of the streets are flooded.
Fire teams dragged out cars and drained flooded areas. After the storm, there are many fallen trees, at the moment it is still not clear what the damage is.
