Albania Arrests MP Wanted for Murder in Belgium
Albanian police detained Frroku at his home in Tirana after parliament gave the nod to the second request from the General Prosecutor to arrest him, this time in connection with the murder of Albanian citizen in Brussels in 1999.
He is expected to appear in the High Court of Albania within 48 hours.

Albanian MP Bought Armoured Car for 'Assassin'
The former Socialist Party MP who last week accused the Speaker of Parliament, Ilir Meta, of plotting his murder on Thursday said he learned of the plot after the assassin repented and told him the details.
Tom Doshi said the assassin told him that Meta had paid him 500,000 euro to kill him and an opposition Democratic Party MP, Mhill Fufi.

Rule of Law Worries US Firms in Montenegro
The latest survey of the American Chamber of Commerce in Montenegro, AmCham, released on Wednesday, suggests that a significant number of US companies - 70 per cent - do not believe that the rule of law has improved and more than half see "uneven implementation of the laws" as an issue.

Six suspects under investigation in embassy torching case
BELGRADE - The Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade is investigating six suspects in the case of the torching of foreign embassies in the city after the "Kosovo is Serbia" rally on February 21, 2008, with witness hearings to begin soon, the Prosecutor's Office told Tanjug on Thursday.
