BELGRADE -- Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on Friday "extended congratulations to Russia's officials and people on the successful outcome of the talks held in Minsk."

He did so during a conversation with Russian Ambassador to Serbia Aleksandr Chepurin, Tanjug reported.
