Board members of Turkey's top business organization, the Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜS?AD), will meet the heads of leading political parties on June 16-17 under the leadership of TÜS?AD head Cansen Ba?aran-Symes. 

Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) leader Devlet Bahçeli has said his party could form a coalition with the Justice and Development Party (AKP) on condition that Turkey?s huge corruption cases, engulfing four former ministers and President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an?s son Bilal Erdo?an, are reopened.

Senior executives of opposition parties have indicated unwillingness to respond positively to President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an?s expected invitation to hold separate meetings with the leaders of the four parties that have entered parliament.

Turkish voters did not allow any of the four parties in the next parliament to form a government on its own in the June 7 elections, but deep trust issues between the parties do not immediately allow for very easy solutions to a possible coalition.

The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), which seemed by many to be the most likely partner of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) if the latter attempts to form a coalition government, has drawn its party lines on a potential coalition, without closing the doors to such an engagement.
