PARIS - Serbia's Dusan Lajovic beat Estonia's Juergen Zopp 6-2 6-4 6-4 in the 2nd round of Roland Garros on Thursday.
The match lasted 1 hour and 37 minutes, with Lajovic living up to his role as the favourite in the match, since the Estonian is ranked far lower than him. Zopp got through to the 2nd round after Tommy Haas of Germany retired due to a shoulder injury.

Excellent start for Lajovic at Roland Garros
PARIS - Serbian tennis player Dusan Lajovic is off to a successful start at Roland Garros, as he defeated Federiko Delbonis of Argentine 6-3, 6-2, 6-3 in the first round on Tuesday.
Lajovic's second-round opponent in the Paris Grand Slam will be Juergen Zopp of Estonia, in their first match against each other.

Djokovic, others play charity match for flood-hit Balkans
PARIS – Serbia’s Novak Djokovic organized an exhibition match on the Roland Garros’ central court Saturday and the proceeds will be used as aid for the people badly hit by the recent floods in Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH).
It started raining on the center court at one moment but it did not stop the tennis players from continuing the humanitarian activity.
Djokovic closing in on Nadal
LONDON - Serbia's best tennis player Novak Djokovic is closing in on world's top-ranked player Rafael Nadal as he claimed the Miami Masters title and is now only 1,920 points away from the first place on the ATP list.

Lajovic loses to Dolgopolov
MIAMI - Serbia's Dusan Lajovic has failed to reach the 4th round of the ATP Masters tournament in Miami.
He lost to Ukraine's Alexander Dolgopolov 3-6 6-0 7-6(5) in the 3rd round on Monday.
Lajovic missed an opportunity to achieve the greatest success of his career. He served for victory in the third set, but lacked concentration and allowed his opponent to break his serve.

Lajovic goes through to 3rd round in Miami
MIAMI - Serbia's Dusan Lajovic has reached the 3rd round of the ATP Masters tournament in Miami by beating Yen Hsun Lu from Chinese Taipei 6-1 6(3)-7 6-3.
Lajovic entered the main draw of the tournament on Saturday, after Germany's Tommy Haas withdrew.
