Strasbourg Court Fines Montenegrin Police for Mishandling 2015 Protests

The Strasbourg court said the police had violated the European Convention of Human Rights, Article 3, which prohibits inhumane or degrading treatment.

Media reported that Vukcevic, an official for the former ruling Democratic Party of Socialists, DPS, was arrested on the order of the Special State Prosecutor's Office.

BELGRADE -- Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic stated on Tuesday that the investigation into human organ trafficking in Kosovo "has reached its end."

A decision now needs to be adopted as to whether the indictment would be raised or the case would be dismissed, said he.
