Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic has told the Vienna daily Presse that "a single spark can ignite the whole region of the Western Balkans."

Daily: Provincial and local elections to be held on Jan. 24
The SNS party has decided that provincial and local elections will be held in Serbia on January 24, 2016, the Belgrade-based daily Blic writes.
If SNS leader and PM Aleksandar Vucic decides that early parliamentary elections should be held as well, they will be scheduled for the same day, according to the paper.
Four agreements signed during Kosovo talks round
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic announced late on Tuesday in Brussels that agreements reached there are "good for the Serb people in Kosovo."
Speaking after another round of EU-sponsored Belgrade-Pristina negotiations, he "singled out as the most important the formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO)" which he said will have "broad powers."

Macedonia, Serbia Expect New Refugee Wave
A new wave of refugees is expected to reach the refugee reception centre in Presevo in southern Serbia, the Red Cross in Presevo said on Tuesday.
"At the moment, we have about 500 refugees but we have an information that during the day about 2,000 more will arrive," Ahmet Halimi, Secretary of the Red Cross in Presevo, said on Tuesday.

PM: Goal of summit political, economic stability of region
The most important goal for all participants of the forthcoming summit on the Western Balkans in Vienna must be political and economic stability of the region.
This is according to Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.
"Serbia doesn't need elections - but Vucic decides"
SPS leader and Serbian Foreign Minister and first Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic believes that the country does not need early parliamentary elections.
But Dacic added that Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic was the one who would make the decision.
Vucic "certain of IMF's positive assessment"
Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic underlined on Monday that Serbia has fulfilled its obligations stemming from the IMF program.
He also "expressed belief that this important financial institution will give a positive assessment to Serbia," Tanjug reported.

Decision on early elections by end of September - PM
It will be known by the end of September whether early parliamentary elections will he held, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic told a news conference on Monday.
He added that he "personally" was in favor of early elections - "but it will depend on the state interest."
Serbian PM accepts invitation to visit China
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic has accepted an invitation of Prime Minister of China Li Keqiang to visit China.
The visit will take place in late 2015 or early next year.

EU impressed with organization of reception of refugees
The European Union is impressed with the organization of reception of illegal migrants by the Serbian government and relevant services.
According to Tanjug, this was stated on Monday by the head of the EU Delegation in Serbia, Michael Davenport, who met with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.
